Rock It Day: A Fun-Filled Friday at Indiana Digital Learning School

On Friday, October 4, Indiana Digital Learning School (INDLS) is hosting Rock It Day, a day full of exciting activities, learning opportunities, and time to socialize with peers. This special event is designed to keep students engaged, motivated, and connected to both their education and the school community.

Rock It Day Schedule:

The Main Event is the return of the popular Student Cookbook project. Students are encouraged to submit their favorite recipes along with photos, showcasing their culinary creations. All submissions will be compiled into a public digital cookbook using Canva, available for the entire INDLS community to view. This activity allows students to share a piece of their personal lives while building community through food. Learn more about our events and student projects.

Additionally, students can participate in a fun Scavenger Hunt and other interactive activities within the K12 Zone. These activities foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while providing students a break from regular coursework.

As part of INDLS’s commitment to Career & College Readiness, the day will feature special guest speakers and provide valuable resources to help students explore future career paths or college options. Students will also have dedicated time to work in small groups with teachers to catch up on assignments or focus on improving their grades. This personalized support is a hallmark of the INDLS experience, ensuring that every student has the resources they need to succeed academically.

To cap off the day, all students are invited to join the game & social rooms for some well-deserved fun. Whether gaming, playing board games with peers, or just chatting, it’s a great way to unwind and connect with friends.
